On your phone go to Setting> general> restrictions> scroll down to privacy settings and choose photo, at the bottom it will have facebook and an on/off switch - switch it to on
To upload photo on fb go to your wall and click the share photo button and choose the pic you want to share by the photos you have saved from your iphone.
