How to Re Connect iPhone 4 bad esn?
I have an iPhone 4 (AT&T) with a bad Esn. Can I reconnect it if it gets unlocked? It has a SIM card slot on the right side, please help me, I want to reconnect it to a service, thank you.

No. When the ESN is fried it'll never be turned back on in the US ever again. Find ESN cleaning software or just keep it for what it is, an iPod. Best luck.
