How to reactivate an iPhone erased by Find My iPhone?
I believed my iPhone to be stolen, so I erased it using iCloud from my computer. However, it turns out that a family member had taken it from me without my knowledge, so now I have a phone that is not usable but I'm still paying for it on my family's Verizon bill.
Is there any way that I can get the phone to work again? Can I call Apple or Verizon or anything like that?

You would have to go back to Apple to get the phones lock removed if you do not know your icloud password. If you reported it stolen to the carrier then you have to contact Verizon.
Restore it from your last backup. If the IMEI is blacklisted, you'll have to see about that with your carrier.
I would check on icloud.com and see if there's an option to reset it back since you own the account. Otherwise take it to an apple store and maybe they can help if you show proof its yours, etc.

It still says, "Erase Pending: Your iPhone will be erased when it connects to the Internet." The phone still remains in 'offline' mode and it still hasn't been removed from my account. This because she annoyed me, but now there's this even more annoying VoiceControl which activates instead. My problem is that now I can't reactivate Siri.
