How to receive/make calls with Wi-Fi?

I have an iPhone, but with the location of my house, I don't have good cell service and I can't receive/make calls. But I do have good Wi-Fi service. I was wondering if there was any app that works well enough so that I'm able to receive/make calls with th use of the Wi-Fi. Help please? It will be very very appreciated

Textplus or majic jack on play store

Install skype or google talk, will be much easier and faster.
In terms of apps try Viber.

  • Iphone can't make or receive calls? I have an iphone 5s on sprint and any time i make a call it says the number i called is invalid or does not exist. When people try to call me it tells them that the number they are calling (mine) is not accepting calls at this time. My "do not disturb" mode is NOT on and my call forwarding is not on. Also i called sprint and they said everything looks fine on their end. I've also reset my phone several times and nothing. If anyone can help please
