How to recover cydia back on iPhone 5 after iOS 7.0.6 update?

Previously before the update my iphone was jailbroken however after the update I reliased the cydia store and my cydia tweaks had disappeared. I tried to re-install cydia however Evasi0n said that my iphone 5 was already jailbroken and re-jailbreaking is not recommended. I would like to know how I would be able go recover Cydia and my cydia tweaks?

Hiya, did you do an OTA (Over the air) update i.e. Did you go to settings and click update? If so thats the problem you should never do this when you have a jailbroken iPhone. To fix it you will have to plug in your iPhone to itunes fully restore the phone and then do the Evasion Jailbreak.
