How to recover deleted contacts from my iPhone without iTunes, iCloud and Backup?
Yesterday my friend gave me her number and I deleted her from my contacts by accident. I really need her number since she moved today and that's the only way I can talk to her. Can someone please help me. I already tried iCloud and tried to merge my contacts. When I tried to look for her on my contacts her number wasn't their. Is there another way, some help please.
You are able to retrieve them from iPhone Database. Some 3rd party iPhone tool can read it.

- ITunes deleted all my Backup, how do I recover them? So I did a Update & Restore on my iPhone, I did do a backup & I checked if it was there by going to Preferences -> Devices & it was there before I did all the update & restore but after all that I don't see my backup on there anymore & I really need it because all my notes are on there & My computer is a MacBook. I need to know how I can get it all back on my iPhone, As soon as possible!
