How to recover from water damaging?
My phone is being dropped during bath and it was a bad news for me. My brother dropped it and now feeling hesitation whether there's any process to recover from damaging.
N.B: It is iphone-4
Quickly put it in rice, leave it there for a while.unscrew back off if possible (don't know if iPhone 4s have screws) it should help absorb the water. May not work but you should do it.
Put in rice, group of mini chinese will come and fix it.
Once the SIM card is removed you want to put the iPhone in an uncooked bag of rice. Tighten the bag so all extra air is gone and seal it.
Wait 48 to 76 hours after the water exposure and then try it out. If you find at that time it is not functioning properly as a result of the iPhone water damage put back in the rice and check local customer care.
- My Samsung Portable SSD T5 500GB is damaging my pdf files? At my job I work with a lot of PDFs and I do all my work on either a flashdrive or icloud so I can have access to it across device. I bought my SSD hoping to help me do that even better but now it seems to be damaging my pdf files. I would do some editing one day. Eject it, unplug and then the next day some of the pdf files become damaged. I'm using the SSD cross-platform Mac and Windows. It seems to be only be happening to pdf files
- My iPhone has water in it how can I get the water out? I got a little bit of water in it at my pool and it shutoff within a minute or so, it won't turn back on and I have had it in rice for over 10 hours.
- Is it bad and damaging if you keep on pressing the home button of the iphone 5s? Should you always use assistive touch? I dunno a college classmate told me that the iphone would breakdown and malfunction if its user always presses the home button
- Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
