How To Recover Old iCloud Photos?
So, I had an iPhone a while back and it was stolen, but all my pictures were on my iPhoto/iCloud hooked up to my macbook so I didn't really mind; however, last week my computer crashed and I had to get a new hard drive for it (its third hard drive since I got it a year ago… Surprising. My faith in apple products is starting to falter.) Anyway, all my pictures were on there, and when I set up my computer, I signed in with my apple ID on iCloud and there's nothing in my iphoto library for some reason… Is it possible for me to retrieve my photos? If so, how?
You can see everything you have backed up on icloud by going to www.icloud.com If you don't see it there then you didn't back it up there.
- Old iphone Icloud lock still enabled after I buy a new iPhone with icloud on it? If I had my iPhone stolen with icloud lock on and I was tracking it. But I buy a new one and activate the icloud and tracker, does that mean the old iPhone is unlocked? What happens to it? Will I be notified if someone turns it on? Can I track it?
- My photo stream reached 1000 photos on iPhone, can I recover the photos? My photo stream reached 1000 photos, and some photos I don't have saved on my camera roll, some photos got deleted. Is there any way of recovering them?
- Is it possible to recover photos that aren't backed up on iCloud? I had my iPhone stolen a few weeks ago and never got a chance to back up my 900 photos onto iCloud. I bought a new phone and everything was somehow recovered except my photos. I just wanted to know if somehow it is possible to recover my photos from my old phone although I hadn't backed them up to anything. Its extremely frustrating because the only thing important to me on my phone is my camera roll.
- I've been so fustrated with trying to get my old iCloud account off my old iPhone I forgot the password and recovery key to my iCloud account. I've called Apple and sent a receipt for proof of purchase, but they said it's invalid, because the SN doesn't match which doesn't make sense. Is there another way to just erase everything off the phone myself?
