Is it possible to recover photos that aren't backed up on iCloud?
I had my iPhone stolen a few weeks ago and never got a chance to back up my 900 photos onto iCloud. I bought a new phone and everything was somehow recovered except my photos. I just wanted to know if somehow it is possible to recover my photos from my old phone although I hadn't backed them up to anything. Its extremely frustrating because the only thing important to me on my phone is my camera roll.

- Is it possible to recover photos from an IPhone 5 that won't power on? My dad took my boyfriend out shark fishing yesterday and when they were took a bunch of photos. When they were done they put the boat back in the trailer and he took a step into the river with his IPhone 5 in his pocket. It got submerged and shut itself off. They immediately put it into a bag of rice but it still hasn't been able to turn on.
