How to remove cydia from iPhone 3GS?

Cydia itself isn't causing it, most likely it's a tweak or extension you added on if you know its related to Cydia and jailbreaking.
But you can remove it by restoring the firmware.
You can restore your iPhone by connecting it to iTunes, clicking on it in the sidebar, and selecting "restore". This will download the latest software data and completely wipe your iPhone, at which point you can re-sync it with your computer. Be sure to write down contacts or anything that you don't have synced on your computer because otherwise you'll lose it.
- What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia? I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?

Not only does the phone not work with my Aussie SIM card, it now no longer works with the Original simcard (it was working fine before the jailbreak).It just says "searching" and then eventually "SOS only". - IOS 6 iphone 3gs cydia problems? I've recently tried jailbreaking my ios i phone 3gs with redsnow. The program worked out great, but cydia was never installed, despite the fact that i have the latest version of redsnow.
