Added (1). I've been trying to sync some more music to my phone lately, but my storage is too full to do so. I actually don't have that many apps- not ones that I chose to install, however- the problem is all of these pointless apps my phone keeps installing with every single update. About 75% of them I have never had to open once. I just want to clear up some space so I can put the rest of my music on there (I don't have that much to begin with)
Is there any way I could get rid of them?
Yes there's a way
Step 1-Go to settings
Step 2-Tap General
Step 3-Go to restrictions
Step 4-Enter your restrictions passcode when prompted
Step 5- You will see several green toggles beside these pre installed apps. This indicates that they are installed on your device. To get these apps off your device simply tap the toggle on which apps you do not need on your device. Now go back to your home and you will see that the app/apps are no longer there!

Nope you can't remove them. The only thing you can do is put them in a folder or hide them if you got a jailbreak
Not officially. Although I've read about the possibility of Apple allowing this in iOS 10.
The only way to remove stocks apps you don't need would be to jailbreak the device and manually delete each unneeded app by using a file browser like iFile and navigating to /Applications. I've done this multiple times on an iPod touch 4.
Just wanted to point out that you're not going to gain much space by deleting stock apps. If you're lucky, probably 100 or so megabytes.
Another thing to note if you do jailbreak is that some apps depend on another app or service. If you delete something that you shouldn't have, it could potentially affect other apps, and they might not work. I believe that this is a reason why Apple hasn't introduced this feature.
