How to remove scratches on iPhone 5 screen?
I've had my phone for about 2 weeks and and I've been incredibly careful with it, ever since I bought it I've had it in an otterbox commuter! I have no idea why, but I have little hair sized scratches on my screen, how do I remove these scratches?
Added (1). I have a dedicated pocket for my phone, and they are scratches tiny ones but they are there, you can only see them in the reflection of light and can't feel them with your finger, i have cleaned the screen with a cloth already and I'm sure they're there
You should clean it with rubbing alcohol on a cloth. You could also use some water on a cloth. I don't think they are actual scratches, but more like scuffs. However, if you don't have a screen protector and you put it in your pocket with keys or some other sharp object, they may still scratch the screen.
There isn't really anything you can do about it, if they were cracks you could get a new iphone since you still have a warranty. But you could prevent from getting more scratches by putting on a screen protector
- Would a screen protector hide screen scratches? So I just got a new iPhone 5 last week and today I noticed that It has 2 hair sized scratches on the screen. And it's really annoying me because it's new and it already has scratches. ( probably from coins in my pocket) The scratches are really, really small, so will a screen protector hide them?
- Will a screen protecter hide the scratches on my iphone? The front screen, the glass, has alot of small scratches all over the front and a crack from the bottom corner to the other side, will a screen protected make the scratches less noticeable? I'm not worried about the crack, it's hardly noticeable.
- Scratches on my screen or screen protector? I just bought the iPhone 5 and it has an otter box and a screen protector. I notice small thin scratches (they won't even come off with screen cleaner). Is it only my screen protector that is scratched or do you think my screen could have scrated that easy? Thanks so much! Btw I don't want to take the protector off to check because it is put on perfectly.
- Is there anyways that you can remove iphone 5 scratches without replacing the screen? I have a black iPhone 5 and recently I dropped it which left behind some unwanted scratches, I heard that you can go to apple and get a brand new one:/ I'd like to get rid of the scratches because it makes my phone look cheap and tacky any ideas!
