How to remove updates in App Store?
I have a iPhone 5. In the App Store under 'Updates' is a list of apps that have already been updated; how do I remove or hide these apps showing in there?

The problem with iPhones is the inability to do this. With Androids it is easy, but I don't want to be biased.
The best thing you can do is to uninstall the app in question, then re-install it. You will lose all data, but this can be a good thing. Your phone might run a little faster without all of those snapchat photos that you can't delete on iPhone (but can delete on Android. Sorry.) Looking through apps also might give you some inspiration to clean out apps you don't use anymore, which is good. ^_^
Keep in mind, though, that when you install the app again it will be the most updated version.
This is impossible to do it with AppStore. If it were individual apps or settings, you just have to go to settings > notifications > off.
The only options is to either:
- Erase and delete the apps from your device
- Update all apps to current versions
- Ignore it
- Will restoring my iPhone to factory settings remove software updates? I currently have 6.1.4 and I want to restore it back to 6.1.2. If I reset to factory, will it set it back to 6.1.2? I really wanna know. Anything helps thanks
- Why won't the Apple store allow me to see my updates? I have an iPhone 3GS on iOS 6.1.2, and I'm having trouble with the app store. I can download new apps, and I can see the red number 4, letting me know that I have 4 new updates. However, the updates section stays blank and will not show me what apps need to be updated! What do I do! Is anyone else having this problem!
- What is phone with my iPhone 4S app updates? When i go to update an app i click on the update button and it just opens up the app. It doesn't update it or anything. What's wrong?
- IPhone app updates not installing? Since I've downloaded ios6 onto my 4s, whenever I update any apps it's not doing it and 'waiting' this means that I can't use them, or delete them. Is there anyway of deleting them so I can reinstall them?
