How to report closed road to Apple Maps without an iPhone?

I don't have an iPhone or any other Apple product. There's a closed road in my area. Apple Maps is sending people down my road. My road is not a through street. It is a dead end. People are coming down my road in droves, turning around in my driveway and creating a huge nuisance. I nearly got run over twice, once checking the mail and once mowing the lawn. I put up a dead end sign but people keep knocking it down. How do I tell Apple Maps?

Added (1). To be clear, the closed road is creating a detour, which people are trying to get around. My road isn't closed. It's a paved dead end that turns to dirt after 500 feet. There's a barrier that prohibits vehicles between the pavement and dirt. You can't see the barrier or the "NO MOTOR VEHICLES" sign from the beginning of the pavement where people come flying around the corner.
