How to reset a jailbroken iPhone 4s?

I want to reset a my jailbroken iPhone 4s but I'm running into multiple problems.
1) I accidentally deleted Cydia before I could remove all of the tweaks from the jailbreak.
2) I don't have a computer for the iTunes reset.
3) If I sign into my Apple ID after I reset, will all of my iTunes music still be there?
What do I do? I'm not good with technology.

If you are not good with technology then it is really not advised to do a jailbreak.
1. You should do a restore in iTunes As soon as possible
2. YOU Really NEED ONE! (Just ask a friend or next door neighbor)
3. If you buy your music in iTunes then you can redownload them without buying it again or make a backup of your music.
There's really nothing that you can do with a computer as you must have already researched and this procedure will require iTunes.

So my question is: Is jailbreaking an iPhone bad? What kind of cool things can I do if I jailbrake it? How do I jailbrake it, if its a good thing?
