Jailbroken iPhone 3 stuck on loading circle after being reset?
My cousin gave me his used iphone 3, it still had some of hir data. It is also jailbroken. I wanted to delete them, so I have gone to settings>general>reset>erase all data ang settings.
After I confirmed that I wanted to erase all data and settings, it is stuck on the loading cirle. It does not connect to itunes too, and the sleep/wake botton is broken so I can't force restart it. What should I do?
Normally I would advise recovery mode but with a broken power button it can't be done. The phone is done.
You can try holding down the home button and as you are connect it to iTunes and see if you get a recovery mode prompt but simply the phone is too old.
- Trying to Restart my Jailbroken iphone but its stuck on the loading screen? I jailbroke my phone and i wasn't happy with cydia so i pressed to erase all content and setting to restart my whole phone, and thn it turned black and its been on that circle loading swirly thingy, is been like this for about a half an hour, what's taking it so long to load? (btw my on/off button doesn't work i have to use my charger/home button to wake it up) is it broken or what do i do?
- Reset on iPhone 3GS not loading? Just purchased a second hand iPhone 3GS that is jail broken. And I have reset the phone to its original settings, and it's been loading for almost 3 hours. The screen has just stayed black with the white loading sign going round and round.
- My iPhone only turns on via Redsn0w after being Jailbroken? I jailbroke my iphone and had a bit of a hard time, but I ended up getting it done. After Jailbreak was done it got stuck on the apple logo so I used Redsn0w to turn it back on. Ever since then everytime it dies/turns off, or reboots, it won't turn on by itself. I have to plug it in to the computer, pull up redsn0w and "Just boot"… How can I fix it so it'll turn on normally again?!
- My iPhone 4 is stuck on a black screen with spinning circle? My phone is stuck on a black screen with a spinning circle, my phone will load up when charged for 10 seconds before an apple logo pops up, a loading bar pops up and afterwards the spinning circle, note I'm jailbroken.
