How to restore iPhone from old backup?
My phone got stolen last night and he erased all my messages before I was able to lock it. He tried to sell it today so I got it back. Anyways, I'm wondering if there's a way to recover my messages through my old backups? If so, can anyone guide me? The new iTunes is kind of tricky to me. I don't want to completely restore my phone and lose all my contacts and everything, was just hoping to get my texts back.
