How to restore my pictures after my iphone 4 was stolen, to my iphone 5?
My phone was stolen on 13th of August last year. I had an iPhone 4. I never found my phone again so I got an iPhone 5 (which I now have).
I was wondering if I could restore my pictures that were on the old iphone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I know you can't backup a newer version to an older version of iPhone, but I was wondering if I could do it from iPhone 4 to 5?

Added (1). Update: I do had my pictures saved on iCloud, I just didn't have sharing stream on, so I understand I can only restore the pictures on an iOS device and not in an actual PC/laptop. However, I don't really know how to do it. I only know how to restore whatever has been backed up in my actual phone.
If you have the photos on icloud then you can get them back. If not then i'm sorry
If you backed it up on iCloud then you can just plug your new phone in the computer and back it up and all your photos will be there.
- Lost my Pictures after restore? Iphone 4s? So, I lost my contacts somehow, so I restored my iphone to 2 weeks ago. I forgot to back it up and I had some photos that I needed, they are lost now. Is there any way to get them back? I tried those softwares that bring your photos back or something, but it doesn't bring back the pics I lost from the restoration! I still had my other pics, just not the recent ones.
- IPhone 5 stolen? Can I track it after wiping? My iphone was stolen, first I went to the icloud page from a notebook and enter the find my iphone button, the page try to locate my phone but it said it was offline so I put it in lost mode (put a password, my other cellphone number and the message that will display in the screen) then I press the erase option. When my iphone get internet connection it will erase all my data rigth? My question is: will it continue to track my phone after the wiping/erasing?
- If you disabled FindMyiPhone to restore your device, will the app be enabled again after the restore? A few weeks ago I upgraded to the iPhone SE and I restored the data from my iPhone 4s onto it. (I had to disable FindMyiPhone in the process). Little did I know that it would be lost/stolen 2 weeks later. Really need to know if FindMyiPhone would be enabled because I want to know if I still have any hope at all finding it. Thanks. I tried the app already… Says it's offline. Been waiting since.
- I have a stolen iPhone 5c but I didn't know it was stolen? I bought an iPhone and checked the imei and I found out it was stolen. I can't use it yet because it is stuck in the beginning where it says " please insert a sim card, SIM required" I just want to use it as an iPod since I got it for a good cheap price. It is a sprint phone, and also if I take it to Apple or Sprint will they take the phone away? I didn't know it was stolen and I don't want to get blamed or end up losing money. The iPhone was restored already.
