How to reveal a blocked caller ID?

I've been receiving calls, from a blocked number through my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0)
and they call me at 1:00 AM every night.
I was hoping someone could tell me how to reveal a blocked number so I can get to the bottom of this. I'm from Israel btw

  • Will blocked numbers on my iphone stay blocked when I get a new iphone? My girlfriend blocked a number of a person she wasn't supposed to be talking to. She swore up and down she did. She got a new phone and months later that number called. Did she lie to me. She uses the same icloud account, the same phone number.
  • Which app can I use to call and change the caller ID? I've seen my friend use this app that he calls but he can change the caller ID, I remember he called someone and he put 911 as the caller ID. I would like to know what is the name of that app for the Apple Store / iPhone / iTouch.
  • Where can I reveal, or maybe learn how to reveal, a camera roll? NOT THE CAMERA ROLL IN AN Iphone, an actual camera roll. I just bought a 1960 German camera, and I was lucky to find a camera roll, but I don't know where to reveal the roll. I live near LA, CA. any ideas or comments?
  • What's the difference between an 'unkown' caller and 'no caller ID'? This unknown number keeps ringing me, and i thought if someone blocked their numbers (on iphones) it comes up as no caller ID so i'm not sure if it is still a blocked number or a number that can't come trhough. But when i answer nobody speaks and they've rang one of my friends so its not a scam phone call also they don't speak at all so if it was a company of some sort they must of spoken so its probably a prank call but i wanna know the difference to make sure.
