How to run iphone apps on windows 7 PC?

I have the apps but my iphone broke now i wander if you can run iphone apps on windows 7 computer?

maby a virtual box but i don't know any good ones…

There's no way. It's designed for a different operating system. Windows wouldn't recognize, run nor install it.

Is it possible to test/run android apps on an iphone? So, I've been told by my professor that he wants us to test our apps on our mobile devices. Thing is, I got an iphone. Iphone 6. Data and Wi-Fi turned on. Will apps only run on data? Or, will it use Wi-Fi when available? It seems i'm burning through data. I tried turning off data to an app i was using when i had Wi-Fi while cannected to Wi-Fi and continually received a message to ho to settings>Cellular>Cellular Data>Use cellular data for>then a selection of aps like safari, google maps, ap store… With cellular data turned off or if just the app chosen not to use data. I was unable to access when connected to Wi-Fi.
How to transfer iphone backup from Windows Vista to Windows 8 in new laptop? Just changed a new laptop.saved my backup folder from old laptap: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\ tried to find the same folder (Roaming, etc) on Windows 8 but could not be found. what should i do? Create the folders myself manually then transfer the backup files into it? i've already installed itunes. ls help.
How to run a windows app on a mac? There's an app called NCEA credits (NCEA is a New Zealand exam) and it is only for windows but I have a mac and iPad and iPhone. I really really want this app!
