How to save iphone pictures not on camera roll?

I just got a new computer and I really want to back up my pictures in my iphone that are not in my camera roll but iTunes won't let me is there anyway to do it please help

The last time I encountered this I sent all of the pictures as attachments to myself so I could then access this on my computer.

  • Why does my iphone no longer save photos to my camera roll? Ever since I had updated my phone to ios 6, i noticed that it no longer saved photos to my camera roll. If I take a picture on Instagram, it will not automatically save it to my camera roll as it used to do, nor does it save any image I want to save from Facebook. It will, however, still save a photo that I take from the phone's camera. It somehow only won't save photos when it is taken through another app or from another source. What can I do to fix this?
  • Photos from iphone camera roll are showing up on ipad camera roll? The pictures from my iphones camera roll are showing up on my dads ipad's camera roll. It is really annoying. Please Help. I tried calling Geek Squad but they were absolutely no help at all. I didn't share these photos through that icloud thing and i didn't send them to the ipad in any way. They just showed up on the camera roll. Please Help ME! I need to get them off the ipad and prevent them from showing up next time i take a photo on my iphone. anything will help.
  • My iPhone 3gs won't save any videos to Camera Roll? I tried saving videos from emails. The 'Save Video to Camera Roll' option is there but when I press it and go to my camera roll, there's no video. It goes the same with Titan Player. I went to my setting's privacy and have it turned on but it still doesn't work? I still have 18.47 GBs in my phone.
  • Iphone Tumblr app won't save photos to camera roll? A little after I downloaded ios 7, pictures from the Tumblr app would sometimes save and sometimes wouldn't save to my pictures. For gifs it still shows up the "save to camera roll" option but it doesn't, for stills it doesn't show at all with the only option being "copy". Has anyone else had this problem?
