How to save photos on iPhone to a computer?

I can't use iTunes because my moms iPod is old and we can't update it since her music is on there. I can't backup using just my phone because says "not enough space." Really annoying me and aggravating… How can I save my photos and videos not using iCloud or iTunes?

This way is a little bit slower, but it will get the job done. If you go to the store and buy a bluetooth adapter, then turn the bluetooth on on your iPhone, you can set up your iPhone with the computer and then transfer the photos via bluetooth.

Another way you can get your photos onto your computer is to send them to your email, then get on your email on the computer and save the photos onto your computer that way. Best of luck.

You can use a 3rd party software like this iPhone file manager, it can work as an iTunes alternative to transfer photos, songs, videos, contacts, apps from your iPhone to computer, hope it helps you.

As far as I remember (it's been a long time since I've connected my iPad to my PC), you can just copy paste the Images from an iDevice to PC. Images are the only thing Apple lets you copy from your iOS device to PC. So just connect it via the cable and when your PC detects your iDevice, click on the iDevice in My Computer and then Click on a Camera icon inside probably called DCIM, and there should be all your Photos. Copy them all and get it on your PC. After you get All the photos delete them from your iDevice.

If that doesn't work then get a third party iOS manager and get them. IFunbox or Copytrans is good.

Or you can do it wireless, sing OneDrive or Dropbox.
