How to see if I went over my internet data with AT&T?

I have an iPhone 5 and the carrier is AT&T. I can only use 3MB for the internet. If I ever go over a MB, I get text message from AT&T saying I went over.
I haven't gotten any texts saying I went over. My mom claims I went over 5MBs. How can I check if I went over or not and how much MB I have left.

There's an AT&T app you can download. All you have to do is make an account and it tells you there how many minutes and data you've used

If you go into your General Settings, you can check your Cellular Usage.

  • Why does Netflix keep pausing and playing over and over? I'm using it on my iphone 4. And I have checked my connections over and over I've uninstalled reinstalled, signed in signed back and everything else that the troubleshoot website has recommend. And it's gotten annoying. It didn't start doing this as much until I updated the app before the ios 7 release. I'm currently using the trial for netflix and my laptop doesn't work so I can get it on anything but my phone.
