How to set up my iphone after restore?
This morning when I plugged in my iphone to itunes, it said I needed to restore it, so I did. Now my phone is only giving me the options to choose a language and country (I did), and then it it wants me to choose a Wi-Fi network. I chose my Wi-Fi and it says I'm connected, but it also says No Service where it should say verizon in the top left. It isn't giving me any options to continue, there's a Next button in the top right but it is greyed out and won't let me click on it. When I plugged it into itunes, itunes just displayed text saying "Select Carrier Page." Neither my phone or my computer is giving me any options and I don't know what to do. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
After you choose your Wi-Fi network it should prompt you to a different page that says something on the lines of taking three minutes to activate your phone. That page is supposed to connect you to your service provider. Make sure the Wi-Fi network you want has a check mark on it. If all is well, then you SHOULD be able to click the next button.

- What does set up as new iphone and restore from backup mean? I have an ipod touch and I have many pictures, apps, and music on it. And now I have an iphone. I plugged my iphone in, and "Set up as new iphone or restore from the back up of" popped up. What happens if I set up as new iphone? What happens if I restore from back up? What do you suggest? I don't want to delete anything from my Ipod or my Iphone. I don't want apps, music, texts, or photos to be deleted. What should I do?
- Set up as new iPhone v.restore from backup? I just got an iPhone 5 from sprint and I would like to put all of my music from iTunes on it. I have never had an iPhone but I do have an iTouch with a bunch of music on it. To insure that I don't lose any music, do I choose "Set up as new iPhone" or "restore from backup?" The backup is my iTouch.
- If you disabled FindMyiPhone to restore your device, will the app be enabled again after the restore? A few weeks ago I upgraded to the iPhone SE and I restored the data from my iPhone 4s onto it. (I had to disable FindMyiPhone in the process). Little did I know that it would be lost/stolen 2 weeks later. Really need to know if FindMyiPhone would be enabled because I want to know if I still have any hope at all finding it. Thanks. I tried the app already… Says it's offline. Been waiting since.
