How to shrink a loose silicone material phone case?
Ok so i have an iphone 4 and my first silicone phone case became loose within a month and i ordered a second one but after a while the same thing happened. Rather than buying a third one i've heard there are ways of shrinking silicone phone cases but i'm not sure how if that is true. If you have any suggestions or tips please let me know.
Put it in hot water then on your phone so it molds
I've gone for a TPU case now, it's flexible but harder than silicone so it doesn't go baggy. I paid about same price as a silicone one.
Putting the case in the freezer for a couple hours. I doubt this would be a permanant solution though due to it warming right back up. Heating it up would just make it more flexable and looser.
or would this issue be good for warranty? You can try it.
- Will a silicone iPhone 4/4S case fit an iPod Touch 4? I really want this case, but its for an iPhone 4/4S. Have you tried an iPhone 4/4S case on an iPod Touch 4, and did it work? Here's the case: http://www.amazon.com/...00A9Q4JKM/ It's really cheap, but I still want to know if it will work. Even if it will be a bit loose, I'll get it, but I want to make sure all of the plugs like the headphone jack are in the same place.
- Which protects the iphone better Silicone or Hard Case cover? For example if I dropped it would the force be transferred to the phone more readily when using a hard cover?
- Which is a better material for a case? Hi, I'm getting the new iphone and considering the price I want to give it plenty of protection Which case is the better at absorbing impact force and energy and preventing damage? A hard Durable plastic case? Or a Silicone gel Case?
- Which 3D printing material should I use for an impact resistant iPhone case? I hate Otterbox cases because they expose the area on the back where the Apple logo is. I will instead engrave the Apple logo into the case and paint it shiny silver after it was printed
