How to stop someone calling me?

Okay so my ex boyfriend won't leave me alone. He keeps calling and texting me and it is so annoying. I don't want advice as to how to make him stop, I want to know if I can block his number on my iPhone. It's an iPhone 4S, an it's not jailbroken, its on the carrier Orange. Are there any apps or downloads to do it?

If he's making threats or harassing you, you can call the cops and give them the number. If he keeps calling and texting just to be a annoying, than block his number.
