How to stream my iPhone display to my computer?

In TyPlaysGames' videos he says he's streaming from his iPad to his computer to make Minecraft Pocket Edition videos. I was just wondering if there was any (free) way that I can do this from my iPhone 5 without jailbreaking it?

ITunes allows you to do that.
Also, try programs like iDisplay.

My phone still charges however it constantly displays this message. How do I resolve this issue? This message started to appear after I plugged it into my friend's stereo (1/8") jack but I'm using my original charger now. • Is there an iPhone app to stream movies from my computer to my iPhone via a network? The ability to stream video files that are on my computer exists on other devices I own (for example I can watch video files from my computer on my Xbox 360 without having to move them since my computer and Xbox are on the same lan network). So I'm just wondering if there's a way to watch my video files on my iPhone while being connected to my Wi-Fi (the same Wi-Fi my PC is connected to). I hope I explained this in a way that makes sense.
