How to sync from the iPhone to a laptop?

I have all this music from my phone and I want it on macbook. I have all the photos but when I go to sync music, it wants me to delete all the stuff on my phone to replace it with the one or two songs on my computer. Does anyone know how to sync it so that I get all the music on my phone on my laptop?
Also I have a iPhone 5 if that helps figure it out.

You have to use iTunes. There are setting in iTunes to prevent the files on the phone from being deleted.

Install iTunes on a computer.

Open itunes.
>ctrl+b to bring up a bar
>in the bar that appears click file
>go down to devices then click transfer purchases from "example" iphone

also is it purchased itunes music or from other sources?

if it is purchased you can simply download it again to the pc.

It's easy. From beginning, i just need an app to help me import my computer music to my iPhone 4s, when i got AnyMP4 iphone transfer, i really proud of this program, it can't help me import music from pc to iphone, but also transfer iphone video/ photo/music to pc backup. It is very useful for me. Later, my classmate try his ipad air, this program program also supported and transfer files between my iPhone and ipad. It's so amazing. We all astonish for the wonderful functions.

  • Why is it taking forever for my iPhone to sync with my laptop? Its been 5 hours and still counting. Is this normal? How am i supposed to add new songs to my iPhone? Fyi, its a 4s model. Main concern is why is it so hard for me to sync my iTunes playlist to my iPhone.

  • Songs in itunes won't sync to ipod but will sync to iphone? So i have over a 1000 songs in my itunes library and they will all sync to my iphone no problem. But when i try to sync to my ipad (which has enough memory available) it will not.
  • New laptop but I can't sync iPhone? I recently got a new laptop for university. I've just been trying to remove my apps via iTunes on my new laptop but a notice pops up saying that my iPhone is synced to a different laptop (my old one). I've tried so many forums to help me but nothing is working. I'd just like to remove the memory on my old laptop so I can sync my iPhone to my new laptop - any help?
