Put your earpiece in "discover" mode, then in Bluetooth settings on phone look for the new device and select "Pair." This should be included in the instructions for your earpiece.

- No sound out of my iPhone 4s after broken earpiece lodged into earphone hole Ohkay. So I was at my neighbors house a couple weeks ago & one of their younger cousins took my iPhone 4s off the counter & tried to put a mini speaker in it. When she took the speakers back out, the part you insert in the iPhone broke off into my phone. I can't get it out so it won't play any music/sound out of my iPhone. What do I do? Is there any way that I can get it out? I have tried a lot & nothing seems to work.

It works well except the volume is VERY high - even when my phone is turned way down, to less than one notch! The earpiece has no volume control and the instructions say to change the volume on the phone. Is there any way I can reduce the minimum volume on either the device or my phone to fix this problem?
