How to take music off my iphone?

I reset the phone and deleted everything, then it automatically puts music back on, then says storage is almost full, then the almost full message comes up every two seconds and i have to keep clicking it off. Then i go to settings and manage and edit the music and delete everything i don't want then go back to my music and it is all still on there. Then songs on my playlists play and sometimes they are not downloaded for some reason so it skips them when listening to that playlist and only plays a few songs off that list. Can i delete it all again and somehow just manually add only the music i want?

I don't know i'm just answering your question because i need points in order to ask my own question

It's because the music is literally on your ACCOUNT, rather than your phone. It belongs to you forever, since you bought it. No matter what you delete, when you phone syncs to your account, the music will be there.

That's WHY you're encountering this problem, but I'm not too sure on how to fix it

It is Apple "encouraging" you to buy a new and bigger phone every year. You have to keep buying, or else they can't keep going.
