How to temporarily disable find my iPhone?
Ok, so I'm across the country at college, and I'm flying home for a week to surprise my family. My mom uses "find my iPhone" and occasionally tracks my location, which is fine, but I don't want to ruin the surprise when IIm coming home. I also don't want to permanently disable it. Is all I have to do is go into location services, then system services, then switch off the find my iPhone app? I have an iPhone 6, not the plus.
Yes as long as its your account you can do that, it will require the password to turn it off.
Yes but it's in the icloud settings and not in the location services and you can turn it on again later. As mentioned above, will require password.
- Temporarily remove photos on the iPhone 4s? I want to temporarily remove pictures from my iPhone 4s to give me more memory space for videos and to take more pictures while on holiday but when I come back to retrieve my pictures back onto my phone I want them to be just like they were so I have the option to delete them on the device not just on itunes whereas with all the ways I know that is the only way it can be done… Help please.
- Can I temporarily use an iPhone 6 Plus screen on my 7 plus? I know the camera isn't in the same spot as the 7 but Idc about the camera. I have this iphone 6 Plus screen that I bought for a phone but didn't use and now my 7 plus got wet.It turned on for a few but I couldnt really see much… I was wondering if a new screen is what I need. - Not receive texts temporarily? I would like to know how to not receive texts temporarily, but then you get them when you want. I know you can put your phone on airplane mode but it will show if my phone is on airplane mode so when my dad checks it he will turn airplane mode off and my phone will receive the texts. Is there any other way that I can temporarily not receive texts but then get the texts after I turn an option off? By the way, I have an iPhone!
- My iPhone just got stolen and i didn't put on Find my iphone. Is there a way i can find it without find my iphone? I have found out that i can remove my iphone from associated devices. Does doing this erase the iphone?
