How to text with email on Iphone?
So, my friend had a foreign exchange student live with her and she went back to italy. I want to text her but I don't want to risk sending it from my number and us getting charged for it but I know on Iphones you can message people with your email and it still pop up in your texts. I've never done it on purpose but my phone has messaged up before and texted people with the email. How do I change the email and how do I make it to where I can text her with my email.
Also, can I text other people with my number while using my email with her?
You are correct. Texting from your cell phone number is very expensive internationally. I would recommend some apps that would let you text to any country for free.

Both you and your friend would need to install the app on your phone. You can then call each other or text each other using the app. Calls and texting using the app are free.
