How to transfer a video from my computer to my iphone?
I need to transfer one video from my computer to my phone but I can't figure out how with iTunes.
If your video is already mp4 video, you can import the mp4 video into iTunes at first. Connect your iPhone to computer through USB cable, iTunes will recognize the iPhone automatically, and then go to iTunes menu 'File -> Sync iPhone', the video will be transferred to iPhone.

Michael is right, you can directly copy video from computer to iPhone if you are working with a Windows computer. You don't need to use Itunes to transfer a video from your computer to your Iphone (if you're running Windows operating system). Simply plug the USB cable from your phone into the computer, open WIndows Explorer, find the video on your computer, right-click and select copy. Now look in the left pane of Explorer for USB device (whatever Windows recognized your Iphone's hard drive as) and paste it in there.
When connecting to a Windows computer, Windows Explorer won't be able to see apps or other phone info, but WILL see the hard drive storage on your phone, and treat it as any other hard drive. I just did this a couple of weeks ago with my wife's Ipad. Should work on your phone just fine.
