How to transfer data between apple products?

I recently bought an iPhone (4s) and I would like to transfer the music I have accumulated on my old ipod (4 gen), to my new phone. I don't have a good 3/4 of the music in my iTunes library so I can't move it. Does anyone know how/if I can transfer my music?

On your phone go to the iTunes Store. Once you are there in the bottom right hand corner it says… With more underneath it click on it. Then click on Purchased and then Music and all of your songs that you have purchased should be there.

You will have had to sign in with your Apple ID.

1. Verify that you still have all of the necessary documents that came with the Apple product, the original proof of purchase and the warranty plan's certificate. AppleCare Protection plans purchased with the Apple product is transferable to new owners.

3. When notifying Apple of the transfer, provide the plan agreement number, the serial numbers of the equipment being exchanged and the name, address and telephone number of the new owner.
4. Smoking near a Apple computer voids the computer's warranty--be sure to review all Apple warranty requirements to ensure a warranty is still valid.

If you can't deal it with iCloud, or iTunes, you need to take consider about 3rd party software.
