How to transfer DVD's to iTunes to sync with an iPhone?
So I have the Hunger Games on DVD and I was wondering if it was possible to add it to my iTunes account on my Windows laptop then sync my iPhone 4s?
Also is it possible to do it with out downloading any software?
There's no doubt that you need a dvd ripping tool if you have to rip the DVD. As far as I know, handbrake, dvdfab and any dvd cloner platinum are the best dvd rippers. My final choice is dvd fab as it can convert most of the newly released dvds and you can choose the output profile for your iPhone 4s which is much easier for operation. It is a very nice software. You can download to have a try.
To my knowledge, you can't. At least not directly. You would have to rip the DVD, encode the video in a format iTunes can *re-encode* and then sync it through iTunes.
You'd need a DVD ripper program that removes any region-encoding and DRM, like DVDFab, and a program to convert to a format iTunes can re-encode, like Handbrake.
