How to transfer everything from my iphone 5 to my ipad air?

I recently got a ipad air and i want to transfer all my files to my ipad air icloud won't work for some reason please help.

Iphone transfer can transfer files between any two Apple devices.
Files including music/movie/Pictures/TV Shows/Podcast/iTunes U/eBooks/Camera Roll/Ringtone/SMS/Contacts/Voice memos/Camera shot

  • Would you buy an iphone 5s or an ipad air? Personally it's a no bran inner for me. I rather use a lousy iphone 4 and an iPad air anyway than an iPhone 5s alone… What do you guys think?

I can't spend $4000 dollars on just that though I want them and actually do need a new phone and want a tablet. Android is way to haphazard in their approach so to me apple is the best. So why not get the best. I need help.
  • May I delete everything on my iphone 4s once everything had been transfer to icloud? I have been a iphone user for almost three years and I'm going to trade in my 4s to get the iphone 5. Right now, I'm starting to figure out icloud work and it's a little bit confusing. So I want to know if it's okay if I can delete everything once my contacts, photos, and other stuff had been transfer? Because I do not want to lose my stuff and never get it back!
  • Is getting a ipad air worth it if you have the iphone 5 and MacBook Pro? I'm thinking of buying myself a ipad air for christmas but I already have the iphone 5 and MacBook Pro. Should I spend the money on something else or is the ipad a waste of money if I have those 2 gadgets? What's the point of the ipad?
