How to transfer iPhone messages?
My phone broke about a week ago and I just got my replacement today. I activated my phone but all the messages from the past week have not been sent to my phone. I don't have any messages on my old phone because its broken and none are transferred onto my new one. I know for a fact that I have messages because my friends are asking me why I haven't answered them back. Please help! I need to know how I can get my messages
Unless you have a backup they are gone. Messages are saved to the phone.
Hi, i think you can have a try of AnyMP4 iPhone Transfer Platinum. It is the best program i have used to transfer my iPhone files between iPhone and computer. As for your question, you can backup your iPhone SMS and Contacts to computer, and use it to transfer them to your other iPhone. Besides, it supports iPad and iPod and supports the latest ios7. You can dowanload the trial version to have a try.
- Why do iPhone messages come up as picture messages on other phones? When my friend sends me texts, she has an iphone, they come up as picture messages and i can't revieve them on my phone because my plan doesn't cover picture messages. Can she change the settings so it won't come up as a picture?
- When I receive text messages with emojis from an iPhone, why do the messages only appear partially? My phone is a "Verizon Samsung Intensity II" slide phone. (Also it's blue but that doesn't matter.) Also, if I'm included in an iPhone group chat (spoiled rich friends, but not snobby…), I get each posted message as a separate message, so I'll end up randomly with 67 unread messages clogging up my inbox.
- Read messages on my iPhone sometimes show up as unread messages on my Mac? - 1 I'm talking about email messages. I have my accounts hooked up to iCloud, so if I read an email on my iPhone or Mac, it should count it as read on the other device. It has worked, but sometimes it doesn't. What can/should I do?
- If I turn off push messages on my iphone 4 will I still get my regular text messages? I read that turning off push messages or setting them to manually helps save battery life. I want to know if I do this will I still be able to receive my regular text messages.
