How to transfer music from one phone to my IPhone 4S?

I'm trying to get music off of an LG phone that works with AT&T, it's an android version 2.2.2 and I'm trying to bluetooth it's music to my iPhone 4S. But then I read about the personal hotspot and I do not have that option on neither of the phones. And I'm not near a Wi-Fi connection. Is there a way I could use my aux cord? Or is there a website I could access that would connect the two devices for bluetooth on my iphone or something else, or am I screwed? Please and thank you.
