How to transfer music on my iPhone to my itunes library?
I got a new laptop and would like to transfer all my music on my iPhone to iTunes.but, i downloaded all my music online somewhere, not from iTunes. And the music i downloaded online is not syncing. How do i transfer it?
Added (1). Transferring them from my itunes account only syncs my itunes purchases, not the music i downloaded online.
File --> devices ---> transfer purchases
Try
1. Download a program call iExplorer -> http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/ and install
2. Turn off auto sync in iTunes, go to Preferences > Devices > check "Prevent iOS hardware from syncing automatically", then quit iTunes
3. Connect your iPhone to your computer using the supplied USB cable
4. Launch iExplorer and click the arrow next to the iOS devices name, then click the arrow next to "Media" and then again next to "iTunes_Control"
5. Drag the entire "Music" folder to a known location like on the desktop, it will begin to transfer your music from the iPhone to your computer.
6. Once finished, disconnect your iPhone and launch iTunes
7. Copy your music by dragging it from your desktop into the iTunes window to import
