How to turn Find My iPhone off from another device?
I broke my iPhone and before i trade it in and get it replaced i need to turn Find My iPhone off, but since it's broken i can't figure out how to do that. Is there a way to turn it off from my laptop or iPad?
I think you can wipe it from any web browser, just go to http://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com
As long as you know your Apple ID you can remotely wipe your old phone. That will restore it to factory settings and deregister it from your Apple account.
If the phone is turned off when you try to wipe it then it will wipe itself once it's back on and has a data connection.
If you have traded the phone in already then usually the place you've traded it to will insist that you wipe the phone before they accept it, as without that the phone is of scrap value only.

- Will my jailbreak on one device transfer to another device via iTunes? So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken. I don't want my jailbroken iPod to affect my iPhone 5. Will it affect it? I don't think it will but I just want to make sure before I sync it for the first time.

I'm 13 and i don't have a credit card so i use my mums account and since my phone and her phone has the same icloud, her calls come into MY phone and i've tried making a new apple id but it won't work so how can i stop it (i've already logged out on my phone) so how can i stop it?
- My iPhone just got stolen and i didn't put on Find my iphone. Is there a way i can find it without find my iphone? I have found out that i can remove my iphone from associated devices. Does doing this erase the iphone?
- Is there another way to turn off an iPhone? I have an iPhone 4 and the button on the top that turns the phone off/puts it in sleep mode doesn't work. Is there another way to turn it off? Answers would be really helpful, thanks!
