How to turn off calling on iPhone 4? (read description)?
I'm going to DC for school and we "can't bring our cell phones." The only way we'd be able to bring one is saying that you use it as an iPod and you can't call or text on it. The way he checks this is by calling his phone off of our phone. So that's why I need to temporally turn it off for only a few minutes.
Please don't say:
"airplane mode"
"take out the sim" (I have an iPhone 4, the non GSM one, so it doesn't have a sim slot)
"put it in your bra" (the teacher literally said "We go through metal detectors, so girls, if you're thinking about putting it in your bra, or boys, if you're thinking about putting it in your pants, you're out of luck."

Added (1). I forgot to mention about the airplane mode, he'll be able to see the plane where the carrier is supposed to be haha
What's wrong with airplane mode? You can turn it off later, duh.
- Why is my iphone not staying connected to Wi-Fi on ios 6.1.3? (read description)? So right when i got my iphone a while back it never stayed connected to my Wi-Fi. But all my friends that have iphones it works on the same Wi-Fi. When i tried out ios 7 it stayed connected perfectly though! But i went back to ios 6.1.3 hoping it would work now and it doesn't. Please help me i'm so confused >.< oh and also. It stays connected on other Wi-Fi's.
- Use IMEI blocked iPhone on another carrier? (Read description first)? The phone was legitimately purchased by me at GameStop. The phone worked for a few seconds and quit on me. By calling 611(the AT&T wireless customer portal), it indicated to me that it's IMEI blocked. I'm using a GoPhone SIM card and was wondering if I could just use T-Mobile instead to use the phone. Edit: I was using an iphone 3G for about a year and then moved my card over to the 4s.
- Sound not working on iPhone 4? Read the description The friend I got this iPhone from dropped it in water and now the sounds doesn't work. I accidentally cracked the screen and as long as i have it apart I thought why not fix the sound.So, question is: Are there any websites the tell how to repair the sound? It works with alerts and I can still hear it ring, not with games and music. Ant tips and websites would be a great help
- Should I buy an iPhone 4S or iPhone 5? Read Description? Both are very similar. I lost my 4s recently and I want to know if it would be better to buy another 4s or 5 to use for all 4 years in college. I will be an incoming freshman. Do you think I should spend extra for a minor hardware and software upgrade or get another 4s?
