How to turn off the flash on my IPHONE 4?

NO. Not photo flash. I dropped my phone into a puddle. Of course there's water damage. Nothing is working. Other then the flash light next to the camera. Its been on for a while, I tried turning the phone of doesn't work. Does any one have any ideas?

I don't understand the question too much. Just bare with me. Since you said it fell into a puddle of water, I heard something on YouTube that should work well, even though I haven't tried it myself. Put your iPhone in a zip lock bag or just a regular bag full of rice, the rice should absorb all the water from the iPhone since the rice is so dry, leave it there for a day or two, put the iPhone in the bag as if it were standing, the water should slip straight out of your iPhone and onto the rice.

I don't know if you turned the iPhone on, if you did, well you really should never turn on a device when its fallen accidentally in water. If it was on when it fell, then turn it off as quickly as possible or else the water will damage the battery components and whatnot in the device. If it doesn't turn on, leave it alone inside the bag of rice. The battery should get wasted being on for too long. Hopefully the water is dried after 24 hours.

But now when i turn my phone on, the flash is always on. It drains my battery. I know its probs cause the water messed up my phone, but is there any way to turn it off or am i stuck with it?
