How to unblock a number on iPhone 4?

I blocked my friend on my last phone but now I want to unblock him. When I tried texting him it said The recipient you are sending to is in your block list. You have chosen to block all texts from (and to) this recipient. Msg 2134. The iPhone 4 doesn't have message options

IChat > Preferences > Accounts > Security click,"Allow people in my Buddy List" or "Allow anyone", depending on which you prefer, to unblock your friend.

  • Would restoring my iPhone unblock any blocked numbers? All of my iPhone contacts have been bloked I have a k9 app on my computer and a find my iPhone app and the app store is disabled I need to know if restoring the iphone would unblock all the blocked numbers if I tried calling them after restoring it?
