How to unlock iphone wth forgotten passcode?
I have forgotten the passcode to my iPhone. Is there anyway of unlocking it or getting onto it without the passcode? Also I do not have a computer to connect to.

Why would a passcode exist if you could bypass it?
Your only option is to restore it via iTunes in recovery mode, you'll need a computer, try going to a friends house or a library, but you'll need some minutes to Download the ipsw file to restore. After that it'll ask you to sign in to your iCloud account if you had find my iPhone activated and you'll be back in to your phone.
Back up your info before restoring, but I'm not quite sure if it'll automatically put your old passcode in if you do this or if it'll let you backup given that you don't know the passcode, either way most of your stuff should be on your iCloud so if you set it up as new you'll get your stuff back with your iCloud info.

When I downloaded IOS 7 to my iphone 4S when I go to Settings>Phone>My Number it says UNKNOWN and where my carrier would be on the notification bar on my screen by the time says No service. My sim card is good my carrier is H2O wireless & my bill is payed. I can't make phone calls or send texts please help!
