How to unlock my iPone or restore it

I forgot my iPhone unlock passcode and I don't think I'm going to remember it any time soon. I tried doing a restore when connecting it to my laptop and itunes but it keeps telling me that there's a network connection error and I need to try again later. Please can someone help me I need to have access to my phone soon and this seems to be taking forever.

Hold the power button and the home button for a minute then it should tell you to connect to iTunes that should work then

  • Which iphone should i buy? Should i buy one or an ipad? Pro's and cons of an ipone? I'm 15, and I use to have a phone but I got really bored with it so I got rid of it, I don't want to get an iphone then get bored of it do you think i will find them boring. How much credit internet should i get for my plan? People of said get a iphone 4 or 4s coz the iphone 5 doesn't charge properly, so I don't really know? But I want to get an ipad and really can't make up my decision, which one is better in the long run?!
