Ipone stuck on apple logo jailbroken?

Ok so i jailbroke my iphone 4 and its on 6.0 and it got stuck on the apple logo. And i guess because its full on memory no space left, i need to fix this without losing all my pictures and videos i have the only picture of my mom on there she passed away please help i need a fix or a way to delete stuff while its frozen

It will go away my iPhone does the same if it is still there contact the apple store or best buy.

Hold down home button and lock button until it restarts (10 secs) then it might turn back. Or plug it in to your computer and open iTunes then click your iPhone in iTunes. It should bring up everything on your phone then you can delete stuff then restart it like I said. Hope this helps! Good luck, hopefully you don't have to delete everything!

First, try to reset, by pressing the home button and the power button at the same time until it reboots and show the apple logo again.
Also, re-jailbreak again, just run the process of jailbreaking again, you should be able to keep all of your data.
If everything works all right, make sure you copy that photo into any cloud storage facility, like Dropbox, Box, Skydrive, Drive and Copy.
