How to update iphone 4s to to ios 6.1.2?
I have an iphone 4s jail broken running on ios 6.1
I have to update it to ios 6.1.2
I have tried putting it into DFU mode and downloading file of ios 6.1.2 this file =Apple Device Software Update File (.ipsw)
then clicking on restore by simultaneously pressing shift
but it gives an error iphone could not be restored, error 3194
SO how can I update my 4S

- Update stopped during ios update own iphone now phones broke I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer (iTunes) and started doing the update through iTunes. About five minutes into the update iTunes in my computer stops working, causing the update to of course stop working. Now my phone will not turn on. On the screen it is black with the 'charge symbol' as if it were low on battery and an iTunes symbol. I have tried turning my phone off and on, but of course it didn't respond.
- New iOS 6 update, find my iPhone update? I don't like the new find my iPhone update is there a way to change back to the old find my iPhone but keep the new update? It's not showing locations like it used to and won't even how me major boroughs like Croydon. Streets are difficult to see, much smaller picture. General *** compared to the older version.
- Is the IOS UPDATE 11.2.2 update The one that is supposed to slow down the older Apple Phones? If this is the one, I don't want that. I have an IPhone 6s+.
- Is the iOS 6.1 update on iPhone 3 safe to update? On my first iPhone there were problems, and the update didn't help it wiped out everything and among other things had to get a new iPhone. The iPhone I have now works, so should I risk this update? It's a 3GS.
