How to update my jailbroken iphone 4 from ios 5.0.1 to ios 7?

So the new ios 7 just came out and i want to update it to ios 7. I have a jailbroken iphone 4 running on ios 5.0.1.i'm bored of the jailbreak and i don't want it anymore or any of the jailbroken apps. I just want a normal iphone running on ios 7. How do i do this? Do i connect to itunes, backup, and then do i click restore or update? Any help is appreciated

Plug your iPhone into your computer then in iTunes select restore. Let everything happen but just so you know back up first and any features you got from jailbreak will go. Have fun with it
