Iphones and al apple devices need to be plugged into computers via usb port, and only can be used with itunes.once thats taken care of, you can extract the photos or other files on your phone from itunes to your computer. Then put the selected phots on an usb drive then plug the usb drive into the ps3's usb port. Then goto photo section on the ps3 and your usb drive should be detected, select it, or hit triangle for options. You can then load images from the drive and save them on the ps3.same method for music files but in music section of the ps3. Hope it helps.
