How was your transition from android to iphone?
Oh glory! My contract with Sprint is almost up for renewal in a few weeks! My last two phones have been android phones and they both sucked. I bought those phones because I couldn't afford an iphone or higher end android at the time. Now I've been saving up for an iPhone because I'm sick of android. Now for the other former android users that made the jump to iPhone, was it worth it? Tell me about your experience with your iphone now. Love it or hate it? Did you miss your android or have you not looked back? Or do you think I should invest in a fancier android like an HTC one or galaxy s4?
There isn't much to say. Galaxy S4 is better.
I've had an iPhone, and an Android. My experience with an iPhone was okay, I mean, it was simple, nice, and fun to use. It was easy to figure out, and if I messed it up, it was usually something minor I could easily figure out myself. An iPhone is meant to be all elegant and modern, and it's something great, if you're looking for that in a phone.
I had an Android, and that was only for weeks, before I gave it to my younger sibling because I disliked it so much. It was probably the fact that I couldn't get used to it, but the phone I had, I forget the name, wasn't something easy to work with. It wouldn't fit into my pocket, and I had numerous missed calls because I had to put in my backpack or locker while I worked or if I was in class. That was a major miss for me, because at the time, I was applying for jobs, and I had just started apartment hunting, and getting a phone like that was really not a good idea at the time. But, of course, some people have better experiences.
I currently have a Galaxy s4, and while it was expensive, I love it. Sometimes it's a little more complex than I would like it to be, but it's fun to use, and I can easily say it rivals with an iPhone. It's design might be a little less elegant, but it is an amazing phone nonetheless. It's easy to use, most of the time, and it seems a bit more… Flexible, for a lack of a better word. It's not too over the top, but it's a top of the line phone, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice phone.
And my experience with phone companies is really bad. When I lived with my parents, they had Sprint. When I moved out and got my own plan, I had Verizon, and it wasn't the best like people say it is, and it was expensive, and I rarely did anything on my phone, being busy with college and all. I also had T-Mobile, which wasn't terrible, it was relatively inexpensive compared to Verizon, but I could barely get a signal in my own apartment, and I would have to turn off mobile data to do things… And that just wasn't a good choice. I currently have AT&T, and I find it is the best out of the four. I occasionally have problems, but ones that I can fix over the phone.
So that's basically my experience with phones, haha.
There are alot of versions of android phones and the reality is thw cheaper ones are ussually not good
The higher level android phones in my opinion are better than the iphone
- When you sync your iphone to your computer does it copy everything onto your pc? I have broke my iphone to the point where it is un repairable, i only sync my iphone the other day to my pc does this mean everything what was on my iphone was copied and saved to it? Or have i lost everything?
- When Android user sends text to a mixed group of iPhone and Android users? A family member who is an Android user sent a text message to a large group of recipients, including me. The group has both Android users and iPhone users. I'm an iPhone user. Does this mean that I will receive everyone else s messages like an iMessage group, or will all messages go directly between the conversation starter and whoever is messaging him, without any of the other group members seeing what the other members said?
- How long does your Android/iPhone take to charge from 0-100 percent? What is the model and brand of your phone? What phone charger is it? Is it quick charge, vooc or ordinary charger etc? Is the device or screen turned off?
- Leaving your 4G on your iPhone 4s at all times won't waste your data right? I leave it on all the time and my plan is 300 MB and I was wondering if I had this on at all times and I don't use the web or anything I just leave my phone alone, it doesn't waste my data right? Very much appreciated!
